Hahaha thats funny you ask that. For some reason everybody ask me that. Well anyway beano came from when i was a kid and use to rome the streets with people around my hood. I was always the kid that never hanged around people my age so i always hanged out and hooped with the older kids on the block. I remember one day we was all playing basketball and i dont remember who called me it but people just started calling me Al beano. See were im from everbody had a nickname.It was like a sign of respect.
what type of music do you produce?
I produce AlexBeano sound. Everything i make i put piece of me in it. Alot of the beats that i name and make sometimes are things going through my life. I feel like if i put my heart in these beats and music it will always be different because its a little of me in it.
who inspires you?
People that inspire me are Kanye west, 9th wonder, J Dilla, No ID, Timbaland, All the new artist and producers coming up, and last but not less all the people i work with.
what makes you different from any other producer?
what makes me different from any producer....Well i know I was gifted with playing music, reading music, and writing it. Alot of these producers have no music background. What im saying is they never played music. If you went to go ask a producer if he/she ever played earth wind and fire 90% would say no. Alot people always say cause they want it the most. Well to me I love music ever since I was kid yea I want it badder then anything for my music to be herd but I know its going to take more than that. I've giving up alot for my music. From hanging out with friends,losing friends, and etc.Alot of people dont know this but i get up on some mornings on school days and finish a beat before i go to school. I can work with anything from pop artists to rappers, r&b singers, and video flimers. So what makes me different my passion and my stroy.. behind every writin song to ever beat I made. Just a kid with a big city dream.....

I've known you for a while now and you've always been heavy into
music, what made you want to become a producer?
Since I was little I always new I would do something with music. My mom use to tell me when I was a baby I use to make drum beats on pans when it rained. Before I even thought about produceing I was a music head. I was in band and I liked it for a while but it wasnt what I was wanting. One of my dreams was to be in a black marching band when I got out of high school and be a drum major.The summer after 8th grade I went to this camp in north Carolina. It was a music summer camp and I learned a lot about hip hop,pop,rap,r&b and the story's behind them. Well one day we went to a studio and i was shocked cause I never seen so much music gear. Well we all wanted to make a song for the camp and if I can recall that was the first beat I ever made. I knew right then and there I wanted to do something like that but wasn't sure. So after all that i did marching band in high school. My freshman year we won state and we went on a trip. when all this stuff was happening I would always day dream and say to myself music can take you alot of places and show you things you never seen. After my 2nd year of marching band I remember getting kicked out and moved to north carolina with my dad. At the time I wasnt doing nothing music, all I was doing was skateboarding. When I was down there it was pretty much the hardest times of my life in high school. It gave me time to find myself. I moved back to Indianapolis after summer and at that point I new something was missin. If can I remember I met the hiflyers before they were the hiflyers. We use to chill at lunch and talk music and stuff. I also met heavy hitter he was a music producer. By that time my head was on str8 and I was writing music. On christmas day I remember poping in this cd and it was the first beat I ever made. Right then and there I was thinking to my self watever happen to that. 3 days later I got a laptop and I downloaded fl studio 8 and I made this sample beat with 2 fat jon songs and I made take me home. After I made that beat I knew I wanted to be a producer....
how would you describe your style of beat making?
My style of beat making is I dont have one. When I make a beat at that time I dont know what im going to do to it, it just happens. Ever since my bro KTV beats told me let the beat come to you thats all I been doing. So no I have no style to beats plus I dont want people putting a stamp on me. Oh he make trap beats or he make soul beats But ever time some one ask me what type of beats I make I always say them AlexBeano beats!!!!.
